Mobile phone network Three has announced it will be carrying the BlackBerry Torch 9810, along with unveiling the tariff costs to the Bold 9900.
Research In Motion launched this week five BlackBerry handsets, with three of them geared up for the UK in the BlackBerry Bold 9900, the full touch screen Torch 9850 and the successor to last year's RIM slider – in the BlackBerry Torch 9810.
The update to 2010's touch screen and slide-out Qwerty keyboard arrives with a higher resolution 640x480 display, a faster 1.2GHz processor and double the storage capacity at 8GB, with a 5 megapixel camera capable of 720p HD video recording and the new BlackBerry 7 OS.
RIM's new Bold 9900 arrives with a 2.8-inch touch screen and a traditional Qwerty keyboard, with the same updates to the Torch 9810 only with the similar look and design of the original Bold 9000 of 2008.
Three's offering of the BlackBerry Bold is accompanied by 2,000 minutes, 5,000 minutes to any Three based mobile numbers and a truly unlimited data allowance for £40 a month, on the One Plan.
The phone also arrives on pay as you go deals with the Bold 9900 costing for £449, on a variety of tariffs such as the All in One 15 that offers 300 minutes and a 3,000 message bundle with the same unlimited data allowance as the One Plan - for £15 a month.
