Google Launches Updated Version of Android Market in UK

Search engine giant Google has launched an updated version of Android Market for Android devices in the UK.

According to an article on Recombu, the updated Android Market is available as an application for anyone willing to download it. This is exciting news for many consumers.

The new Market works perfectly on Galaxy S2 and Nexus S devices, but many claim that it works nicely mostly on Android-based Samsung devices. The platform comes with heavy Google Plus integration and is much faster and neater than the previous versions.

The device also comes with a separate chart for trending Android applications, more featured apps and an editor’s choice section, allowing users to download the very best of apps offered on the Android Market.

Android Market is now more social, not only allowing users to share their apps on Google Plus, but also let their friends know about the apps they have discovered on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, and Gmail.

The updated Android Market has been available in the United States since July. It allows users to rent movies to watch on their Android devices and even lets them download ebooks from Google Books.

With so many new features, this device is sure to become a popular one with consumers and experts alike.
