Having established a new tie up with Future Publishing, Gawker Media - the owner of the massively popular US based technology site Gizmodo is all set to launch the website in the UK.
Gawker Media has confirmed that the UK version of the site will be hitting the market sometimes during this autumn, and also that Future Media will be handling the publishing responsibilities. In addition to Gizmodo, the company will unveil three other tech/gadget news sites T3, TechRadar and MacFormat in the country during the same time-frame.
Kat Hannaford will be the Contributing Editor at Gizmodo, UK who has served as a news editor at T3.com previously.

"It is a hugely influential brand and one that we are proud to have within our market-leading portfolio. Gizmodo UK allows us to speak to a completely new set of tech consumers and to offer our commercial partners even more exciting opportunities,” he added.
The UK version will be the 9th international edition of the site as it is already avaialbe in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Japan, Australia, and Brazil.
