As a part of its efforts to take the consumer PC business even a step further, Hewlett-Packard has unveiled a new series of all-in-one PCs with the view of catering to the needs of both businesses and consumers.
This brand new move happens to be company’s largest venture into the all-in-one desktop PC market till this date. The new products, according to the company, are primarily aimed at the ever expanding consumer market, as well as at the small and medium businesses.
Amongst the new products, the space saving- compact Omni series PCs, comprising of the Omni 220 and Omni 120 are likely to be hitting the market on September 11th and September 21st respectively. The prices of both the products have been fixed at somewhere around $799.99 and $399.99 respectively.
"The popularity of the all-in-one form factor continues to grow, and HP’s contribution to this market is significant,” Todd Bradley, executive vice president of HP’s personal systems group stated, eWeek (opens in new tab) reports.
“We continue to expand our portfolio to remain the global leader in Windows-based, all-in-one PCs, introducing innovation that matters to business customers and consumers alike" he added.
