Computer maker Hewlett Packard has dished out the first ever wireless mobile mouse which connects to a system using the Wi-Fi connection. The company also unveiled an entirely new range of accessories.
The HP Wi-Fi Mobile Mouse is an industry first as it allows users to connect the mouse with a Wi-Fi receiver, thereby removing the need for wires and external receivers. The device, when connected with the Wi-Fi receiver, allows users to utilise the USB port which gets freed in the process. More info here.
HP said that the device comes with 9 months of battery life, which is two times more than the battery life of Bluetooth compatible mouse.
The company also introduced a high definition web cam, among other accessories, which allows users to conducted high quality video chats and photographs much more easily. HP said that the HP Webcam HD-3110, which comes with digital zoom, will let users take HD photos, videos and create images.
