Hacker collective Anonymous has declared that it plans to avenge the execution of Troy Davis with a cyber attack on noon, September 24th. According to a tweet by Anonymous' affiliate People's Liberation Front 2012, the group is going to target the Atlanta Police Department in the cyber attack.
