Samsung Electronics’ brand new product - the Samsung Galaxy S II is now available via AT&T, according to new, confirmed reports.
The device is a massive hit - surpassing 10 million in terms of sales. The AT&T version of the Galaxy S II, however, is slightly different from the Sprint and T-Mobile versions.
The device is available now on AT&T’s website for just $200 with a 2-year contract. Earlier rumors about the handset being available on AT&T last month on 18th were found to be untrue. However, much to the disappointment of fans, the company did not comment on the rumors, and the massively anticipated day just came and went.
The Galaxy S II comes equipped with a decent 1.2 GHz GHz dual core Samsung Exynos CPU, and is powered by the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS platform. The internal storage capacity is also pretty decent at 16 GB.
The AT&T version of the device features a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen, dual camera (8mp at the rear) and a 1650 mAh battery.
