Sony’s PlayStation certified 3D monitor will go on sale in U.S. next month. Potential buyers can get their hands on the device for only $499.99, the company announced.
Sony, in an official announcement on Wednesday, stated that the sleek designed 3D display will hit stores in the US on November 13th.The company unveiled this brand new 3D monitor with PlayStation certificate in the E3 event held earlier in June. It has curved sides which mirrors the PS 3 console, Xperia PLAY and PSP, and it fits in easily with other PlayStation products.
Undoubtedly, it is a very good looking monitor that looks quite impressive anywhere and everywhere. The monitor has a 24-inch 3D display with two HDMI 1.4 inputs, a stereo headphone output interface and one cable input; thus it supports Full HD 1080p resolution of 1920 x 1080 and 240 Hz rate of refresh.
This product also has Edge LED back-lighting, built-in speakers, a subwoofer for enhancement of the audio and SimulView technology.
"The 3D Display’s integrated subwoofer enhances low-frequency audio, giving an extra kick to bass-filled sound effects,” said the company in a statement. Along with the 3D display, the buyer will get universal 3D glasses and also a copy of MotorStorm: Apocalypse.
