Boost Mobile is joining forces with the China based telecom equipment maker ZTE in order to dish out ZTE Warp with Boost ID and Boost Zone, both the companies confirmed.
The ZTE Warp is one of the top-of-the range offering from the Chinese telecom giant. This Android 2.3 Gingerbread powered smartphone comes with a 4.3 inch touch screen touchscreen, 1 GHz processor, GPS, Wi-Fi, 5 MP camera with LED Flash and auto-focus, Stereo Bluetooth, memory card slot (micro SD, max 32 GB) and other standard specs and features. In addition, ZTE Warp's memory and chipset can easily handle data intensive applications as well multitasking.
"ZTE knows there is a market for customers who want to explore the benefits of a smartphone but do not want to make a significant cost commitment to a device or service plan," Lixin Cheng, CEO, ZTE USA, and president, North America Region, ZTE said, expressing his thoughts about this new tie up with Boost Mobile, WirelessAndMobileNews (opens in new tab) reports.
