Samsung Galaxy Note tablet arrival date of November 1st announced with a price drop

On-line mobile phone reseller Clove has unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Note tablet is arriving with them at the start of November, where the retailer has dropped the cost of the device from £559 to £495, minus VAT.

Samsung’s Galaxy Note was launched at Berlin’s IFA consumer electronics show, with a 5-inch display that has a screen technology found in their bestselling Galaxy S II mobile phone.

Clove has dropped the price as it believes the Samsung Galaxy Note was initially priced too high, where the new cost including VAT is £594 and is quite some margin away from £670.80.

The Samsung Galaxy Note will arrive with a 5.3-inch HD Super AMOLED display, whilst powered by a dual-core 1.4GHz processor, with 16GB of internal storage and support for 32GB microSD cards, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Quad-Band 3G connectivity , with the Android ‘Gingerbread’ 2.3 OS and the TouchWiz UI.

This device is seen as a cross between a large screen mobile phone and a small display based tablet, which is accompanied by a stylus for actually writing notes on the screen.
