The daily deals division of the Internet search giant Google announced on Thursday over a dozen of new deal partners, as well as new personalisation features.
According to the company, this new move will simplify customers' experience drastically when it comes to the process of finding and receiving deals in one convenient location.
Meanwhile, the same week has seen Google Offers spreading its wings over four new cities- San Diego, Baltimore, San Jose and Minneapolis.
The new daily deal partners for Google Offers include the likes of Plum District, Gilt City, PopSugar Shop, GolfNow, Dealfind, Mamapedia as well as Juice in the City.
"If deals aren't relevant or don't match your interests, they're spam," Nitin Mangtani, product manager for Google Offers, said in a statement, according to a c|net report.
"Building out a local sales force is not really part of Google's core competencies and given how slowly they had been increasing the number of active deals and cities it would have taken them a very long time to get to a scale anywhere near Groupon's," said David Sinsky of Yipit, which aggregates daily deals and analyses data on the industry, Reuters reports.
