Samsung Galaxy Nexus on sale November 17th and Galaxy Note hitting stores this Thursday

South Korean electronics giant Samsung has confirmed to One Mobile Ring that the world’s first mobile phone to arrive running Android ‘Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 will be on sale in two week’s time, whilst the large screen Note arrives on November 3rd.

OMR has attended the European launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note device, which bridges the gap between a mobile phone and a tablet with its 5-inch AMOLED screen, where we had official confirmation at the keynote presentation for the on-sale dates of their two latest devices.

Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus will be the first handset to arrive with Android ‘Ice Cream Sandwich’ 4.0, with a 4.65-inch 1280x720 resolution display and curved design that’s similar to the Google Nexus – from late last year.

One Mobile Ring caught up with Samsung at the launch event of the Galaxy Note, where we managed to capture a hands-on walkthrough of the Galaxy Nexus in pictures here – along with a video walkthrough by Google’s Director of Product Marketing for Android Mobile here.

We also caught a hands on walk through of the Samsung Galaxy Note here in pictures and here, on video here.
