Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz recently announced a new company which will develop software to help users work more comfortably and efficiently. The highly anticipated company is named Asana.
It is a task managing a company that allows teams of professionals to manage and increase the flow of work by breaking projects down into tasks. Asana plans to provide Web-based software to create a central place for employees and managers to check on their colleagues to see their work progress and also remain informed about work progress, disclosed Moskovitz, as reported by the Los Angeles Times.
Co-founder of Asana, Justin Rosenstein, a former colleague of Moskovitz from Facebook, commented that "it is a modern way of working."
As per Forbes, Moskovitz at the age of 27 is the world's youngest billionaire. Former roommate of Mark Zuckerberg, Moskovitz a self-taught programmer, dropped out from Harvard to develop the social networking giant Facebook.
However, while working with Facebook as Vice president of Engineering,he kept on searching for new avenues and collaborated with gifted programmer Rosenstein to create Asana.
