Google Launches Google+ Pages for Brands

Google has finally provided businesses with option of creating pages for their brands on Google+, the latest social networking site from Google. This move will help Google+ to become more valuable from the point of view of the advertisers.

Earlier, due to lack of proper policies, Google had to take down various pages posted by various businesses. But, now Google+ pages found back their place and they are running smoothly.

This latest social networking site went live five months ago and it is very convenient for the business owners. The owners of business can stay in direct contact with his customers and "hang out" with them as well as organise live events.

Google+, besides giving an opportunity to create a profile and hook it with world's most widely used search engine, also connects people with business pages directly via search.

Google social lead, Vic Gundotra, on an official blog post (opens in new tab) wrote that the changes means, "we can now hang out live with the local bike shop, or discuss our wardrobe with a favorite clothing line, or follow a band on tour," and also helps to create a strong bond among businesses and the customers.
