Some of the major improvements in Photoshop Lightroom 3 over its predecessor are automatic profile-based lens corrections, manual lens and perspective corrections. Adobe has put in a wide range of new develop presets as well letting photographers achieve the look they want for each picture quickly. Beyond this Adobe has included tethered shooting and image watermarking.
With improved RAW conversion, Lightroom 3.0 allows photographers to achieve better sharpening and state-of-the-art noise reduction.
