According to Contactmusic.com pop, singer Britney Spears has beaten Google's CEO Larry Page to become Google Plus' most followed individual with more than 743,000 followers as compared to Page's 742,500 followers.
On Twitter, Britney Spears is the fifth highest followed user with more than 11.3 million followers. Britney is behind Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Kim Kardashian.
As per msnbc.com, the result shows the rapid growth of this comparatively new social networking website which started in the month of July this year and back then it was Mark Zuckerberg who was mostly individual followed with 30,000 fans.
The co-founder of Facebook is still in the top ten list with model Tyra Banks, Snoop Dogg, hotel heiress Paris Hilton, Goolge's Sergey Brin, Jessi June and Richard Branson, reported Contactmusic.com (opens in new tab). Pop diva Britney Spears has 15 million followers on Facebook.
