Nokia budget Lumia 710 windows Phone 7 mobile phone to arrive January 6th

On-line mobile phone retailer has made public that it will be selling Nokia's second Windows Phone 7 mobile phone - the Nokia Lumia 710, in early January. This is the first time a shipping or arrival date has been release by any retailer. announced this news from the page on their website for buying the Lumia 710, although no cost has been unveiled as yet.

The 710 was launched at Nokia's annual symposium, Nokia World, along with the Finnish phone maker's flagship Lumia 800 - which also runs from Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 OS, only with a higher set of specifications.

Nokia's Lumia 710 will ship with a 3.7-inch screen, the same size as the 800's display only with a lower quality TFT LCD standard, compared with the AMOLED screen of the Lumia 800.

Both handsets share the same 1.4GHz single core processor, only the 710 has half the storage capacity at 8GB and a lower quality 5 megapixel camera.
