Noon News: Wales Against SOPA, Modern Warfare 3 Sales Record, Microsoft Windows Defender Offline

Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales is reportedly considering a global Wikipedia strike in order to protest the controversial Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA), which the US Congress is so keen to pass. In a blog post, Wales asked the Wikipedia community for an opinion on US only Wikipedia black out to protest the bill.
