Enterprise software maker Oracle has dished out the Siebel CRM Public Sector 8.2.2, to help government organisations enhance program delivery and citizen services.
The new platform, a part of Oracle's Social Services Suite, will let public sector organisations respond in time to ever evolving economic and social environment to provide the best possible service to citizens and streamline their management.
The company offers the Social Services Suite for government organisations to help in eligibility and case management. The solution enables easy eligibility determination, increase caseworker efficiency and enhance the effectiveness of the program.
Siebel CRM is designed to allow public sector organisations leverage their existing technology in order to bring down risk and administration costs. The company said that the Siebel CRM platform was a part of Oracle' iGovernment platform which helps public sector organisations to revamp their IT infrastructures on the basis of modern needs notes CBR Online.
