Popular iOS physics based game Cut the Rope has received a much needed update ahead of the App Store lock down.
The game now comes with support for iCloud, which allows users to synchronise their game progress in real time, reports AppAdvice.
It is important to note here that its nothing new for developers to push app updates before the Christmas holiday begins - after Christmas happens to be the only time during the year when the App Store review team finally gets a break from their job.
In addition to bringing iCloud support to the game, developers of Cut the Rope also released a handful other new content as well - thus giving fan ample stuff to mess with during the holidays.
Cut the Rope happens to be one of the most sought after titles in the App Store, designed for the iPhone and iPod Touch and powered by iOS 3.0 or later, as well as for iPads running on iOS 3.2 or later.
Meanwhile, in a related development, developers of the game followed in the footsteps of the massively popular title Angry Birds, and went on to publish the first 3 issues of the Cut the Rope comic series.
