The official Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) update is yet to be rolled out by the Taiwan based smartphone maker HTC, but a newly leaked ICS ROM, which comes with HTC Sense 3.5, for the Sensation device, has given the awaiting fanboys a fair bit of idea what to expect when the new versions of Sense and Ice Cream Sandwich hit their devices.
HTC Sense is the HTC customised user interface for Android - one of the most prominent factors behind the massive success enjoyed by the HTC Android devices.
HTC Sense for Android Ice Cream Sandwich, however, on the very first look does not seem to differ too much from its older sibling, designed for the Android 2.3, more commonly known as Gingerbread.
The overall feel of the interface still remains more or less the same with a virtually unchanged Notification bar icons. Amongst the visible changes, the app drawer and the static launcher icons have underwent some significant makeover.
For those, who are looking forward to upgrade their devices with the new version of Sense and Android 4.0, it is available for download through XDA Developers.
