Yet another designer has come up with a concept version of the Nokia Tablet even as the company has shown no signs of coming up with a Windows 8 tablet to take on the iPad.
Just days after the Nokia Tab Windows 8 tablet concept was released into the wild, concept designer YrOnimuS has come with his own design of a Nokia tablet which looks an enlarged version the Nokia N9.
According to Mobile Mag, the Nokia 1 concept tablet features a large 11.6 AMOLED screen and runs on an ARM processor with Windows 8 as its operating system.
The tablet weighs 580 grams and is 8.5 MM thick. The Nokia 1 features a 5MP camera at the back which is capable of recording HD video at a rate of 30 Frames Per Second (FPS). It also features a front facing 2MP camera and has 2GB of RAM with storage options varying between 32GB and 64GB.
All of this is a concept of course and Nokia is keeping tight-lipped over its tablet plans. Nokia is working with Microsoft to get a strong foothold in the Smartphone business but it seems it's not going as smoothly as they had hoped.
