Multimedia software maker Avid announced on Thursday the launch of its first ever video editing application exclusively aimed at Apple iPad users.
Dubbed Avid Studio, the new application has been immediately made available in the Apple App Store right after it was announced. The company claims that the new app comes equipped with a bunch of simplified and easy to use functionalities, thus enabling even the most inexperienced users to make the most out of Avid Studio.
Despite being easy to use, it is still one those top-of-the-shelf video editing tools, blessed with some really sophisticated features. iPad users can use the app to indulge in a wide range of tasks such as creating quality videos and sharing them in an efficient and hassle free manner.
"Editing enthusiasts can now use a mobile application that has our industry-leading video editing technology built into it--with the interactive capabilities of iOS--to help them make incredible movies at home or on the go," vice president of creative enthusiasts products and solutions at Avid. Tanguy Leborgne, said in a statement.
Avid Studio is available in the App Store for a limited introductory price of $4.99.
