Redmond based software giant Microsoft announced on Monday that the next service update for Microsoft Dynamics CRM will make available some time during the second quarter of 2012.
The updated service will be equipped with the ability of allowing customers to access Microsoft Dynamics CRM through a wide range of mobile devices - all thanks to a brand new cross platform, cloud based native mobile client service designed exclusively for devices like Windows Phone 7, iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, Android powered smartphones as well tablets etc.
Microsoft claims to have been always committed towards providing its customers with rapid innovations and in order to stick to that commitment the company will be incorporating a whole new bunch of enterprise-class features alongside improved social features.
"In today's hyperconnected world, customers need to be able to access their business-critical data on the device of their choice from wherever they are," general manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Dennis Michalis said in a statement.
"These advancements, combined with the strength of the Microsoft platform, make Microsoft Dynamics CRM an obvious choice for any business," he added.
