Nvidia Teams Up With 4G LTE Providers In Next-Gen Smartphone Release

Thursday saw Nvidia announce that the company will be working and partnering with a selection of some of the largest 4G LTE cellular silicone solutions suppliers in the world. This move will help their current as well as next generation 4G LTE smartphone devices debut sooner in the global market which will run on the Nvidia Tegra 3 quad core processor.

The company also revealed that Renesas Mobile, GCT Semiconductors as well as various other groups have partnered with Nvidia to carry out work on the LTE modems and Tegra 3 processors for the smartphones, reported Android Community.

The partnership will provide a much needed push to the market, offering high powered devices along with better performances courtesy of HD video streaming, multi player gaming as well as many other features.

Attendees at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2012 can expect to see various Tegra 3 quad-core powered smartphones, which should hopefully provide a glimpse of the efficiency and capability of these devices.

Even though the market will not get to witness these devices until later on in the year, the joint venture hopes to offer the public the upgraded smartphone experience as soon as possible.
