Samsung Sues Apple (Again) Over Patent (Again)

It's no secret that there's no love lost between Samsung and Apple, so it comes as no surprise that the South Korean electronics manufacturer has filed yet another lawsuit against the Cupertino company.

News of technology's biggest arch rivals coming to loggerheads has reached the headlines AGAIN as both Apple and Samsung battle it out over the issue of patent infringement.

Apparently, Samsung has an iBone to pick with Apple, claiming that the iPhone 4S and iPad 2 infringe on three of their products. Whilst the mobile device playground is big enough for several organisations, it looks as though two of technology's heavyweights will not rest until one of them becomes King of the Patent castle.

Filed in a Seoul court earlier today, the suit comprises three utility patents as well as techniques in displaying information, short text messages and user interface.

The rivarly has so far spanned over 30 cases in 10 countries - and considering the first attack was launched by Apple back in April last year, it's turning into a full-blown war. Will they call a ceasefire anytime soon? We'll keep you posted.
