Every new Apple product raises the fans' expectations and gives important clues about the next generations of iDevices, and the new iPad with its fast connection speeds is no exception to this rule. In addition, the latest iOS version hinted to the enhancements we can expect this autumn from the iPhone 5.
Rumours about a next generation iPhone with support for 4G LTE are almost a sure bet, according to the latest report from iDownloadBlog. The last piece of information that enables us to expect a new iPhone with 4G capabilities comes from developers who looked at the string codes from iOS 5.1.
Cydia developer Krishna Sagar discovered this text in the code strings: "Enabling 4G will end your phone call. Are you sure you want to enable 4G?"
He also found out similar hints about enabling and disabling 4G on phone calls and FaceTime. Granted, these references could be related to the new iPad but when calls are mentioned, most likely the code strings are referring to the next generation iPhone.
The screenshots published by iDownloadBlog are a clear indication of 4G in the next Apple handset and even the possibility that FaceTime will finally be available over cellular connections.
