Toshiba AT330 Tablet Has Quad Core, 1,600 by 900 pixels, 13.3-inch display

Toshiba has showcased a new tablet called the AT330 at the Toshiba World 2012 event in Bonn, Germany, one which has been filmed by German website Techfokus.

The tablet has a 13.3-inch display with a resolution of 1,600 by 900 pixels. In comparison, the Asus Transformer Prime has a 10.1-inch display with a 1,920 by 1080 pixels display and the New iPad, a 9.7-inch screen with a 2,048 by 1,536 pixels.

It also comes with an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad core processor, a TV tuner with an extensible antenna, a five megapixel camera with a 1.3-megapixel front facing one, a SIM card (which means that it is 3G compatible, a full SD card slot, a HDMI port and Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Toshiba had another unannounced tablet powered by an Nvidia Tegra 3 processor with a 7.7-inch 1,280 by 800 pixels display at the Mobile World Congress event on Nvidia's stand.

Toshiba also sells the AT200 which has a dual core processor, is only 7.7mm thick, has a 10.1-inch 1,280 by 800 pixels display, runs on Android 3.2 Honeycomb with the rest of its specification being very close to that of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.

Expect the tablet to be launched later this year although pricing and exact availability are yet to be announced. For now, check the video of the Toshiba AT330 below.
