The latest iPhone introduced by the Cupertino company is leading the way for Apple's success in the smartphone market - which currently seems unstoppable.
According to the latest report from Canaccord Genuity, the iPhone 4S seems to be the undisputed leader for all carriers wise enough to offer the device to their loyal subscribers: Verizon, AT&T and Sprint.
"Our March checks indicated the iPhone continues to expand its market share gains. In fact, we believe iPhones are outselling all other smartphones combined at Sprint and AT&T and selling at roughly equal volume to all Android smartphones at Verizon," explained Mike Walkley, analyst at Canaccord Genuity.
Considering the competitive smartphone models offered by the carriers, iPhone's performance is quite impressive.
All three US carriers sell a number of the most wanted smartphones currently on the market, including the Samsung Galaxy Note, Samsung Galaxy S II, HTC Vivid, Droid Razr as well as many others. There's tight competition, that's for sure.
T-Mobile is only the carrier without access to the iPhone; but we know how eager they are to get it. Without any doubt if that should happen, iPhone's share is sure to grow even more.
