Nokia Lumia 900 Goes On Preorder For £446

The Nokia Lumia 900 has gone on preorder in the UK for as little as £446 from; the phone is expected to be delivered from the 21st of May and is unlocked and unbranded plus has a two year warranty.

It runs on a single core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.4GHz, 512MB RAM, 16GB onboard storage (and no microSD card slot), a 4.3-inch AMOLED screen with a 800 by 480 pixels resolution, an eight megapixel camera with a front facing one-megapixel one, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and USB 2.0, HD video recording and a single piece polycarbonate chassis.

The Lumia 900, which will replace the Lumia 800 as Nokia's flagship Windows Phone device, runs on Windows Phone 7.5 and offers Microsoft Office apps as well as Xbox Live, Nokia Drive, Nokia Maps and Nokia Music.

The introduction of the Lumia 900 means that the Lumia 800 will almost certainly tumble down in price shortly; we expect it to retail between £300 and £350 SIM Free by the end of May.

The phone was released in the US on AT&T (for $99 on a two year contract) and was launched at the beginning of the year at CES in Las Vegas.
