Samsung Galaxy S3 Leaked Photo Looks Uber Fake

Yet another leaked picture of what has been presented as the Samsung Galaxy S3 has surfaced on the web and has been hailed by some as the least credible yet.

The picture first appeared on a Polish website and has been virally replicated elsewhere thanks to BGR publishing it. The smartphone looks like a cross between the Samsung Galaxy S and the Galaxy Note and apparently came via someone testing the S3.

Looking closely at the picture, it's not difficult to guess that the picture has been doctored. The icons for example are pixellated and the perspective looks wrong. The blue line on the screen doesn't run parallel with the phone's top edge for example.

Anyway, the Galaxy S3 will almost certainly be launched on the 3rd of May. We have already received an invite for a Samsung Unpacked event which will take place in London one afternoon and which will talk about the next Galaxy (whether that's a range of device or only one, we're not sure).

Amongst the numerous hearsays surrounding the phone, a 4.65-inch 1,280 by 720 pixels Super AMOLED PLUS display, a quad core processor, wireless charging and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich are likely to feature on the spec list.
