The next generation of the Samsung Galaxy Ace, the Ace 2, has been made available from Three. The smartphone is now purchasable online, and will be on shelves in-store, from the 25th of May.
The Galaxy Ace 2 comes with a 3.8in display, while powered by a dual-core 800MHz processor, with 4GB of internal memory and 768MB of RAM. Samsung's Galaxy Ace 2 also features a 5-megapixel camera, capable of 720p HV video recording.
"Offering fantastic features at an affordable price, the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 is a great first smartphone," Sylvia Chind, head of handsets at Three said.
"One of my favourite features is the front facing VGA camera, allowing you to make video calls, with apps like Skype and Google Talk".
Users will be able to receive the Galaxy Ace 2 on £22 a month contract, with no upfront cost, on the Essential Internet 500 plan. The plan offers 500 minutes, 5,000 texts and 250MB of data usage per month.
The device will be available on Pay As You Go deals for £229.99. An All in One 15 plan offers 30 days of all-you-can-eat data, with 300 minutes and 3,000 texts, for a monthly £15 fee. All in One 25 costs £25 and delivers 500 minutes, 3,000 texts and all-you-can-eat data for 30 days.
