The Sony Xperia low to mid-range set of smartphones have now been rolled out, to more countries across the globe.
The list of handsets include the two Xperia NXT devices, the Xperia U, the Xperia P and the Xperia sola. These devices are available in various countries within Europe, Asia and India than beforehand.
The Xperia P has a 4in display, a dual-core 1GHz Cortex-A9 processor, 16GB of internal memory and 1GB of RAM. The device also boasts an eight-megapixel camera, 1080p HD video recording and runs from the Android ‘Gingerbread' 2.3 OS.
The Xperia U comes with a 3.5in display, a dual- core 1GHz processor, 8GB of internal memory and 512MB of RAM. It also features a five-megapixel camera, capable of 720p HD video recording and runs Android Gingerbread 2.3.
Sony's Xperia sola, the baby of the group, ships with a 3.7in screen, a dual-core 1GHz Cortex-A9 processor. Users can make use of the 8GB of internal memory, with the option of extending this to a further 32GB via a microSD card. The smartphone also features 512MB of RAM, a 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording and runs the Android 'Gingerbread' 2.3 OS.
