The Galaxy Note is now available from £15.50 from Buymobilephones on a two year contract on T-Mobile's Medium Internet. The contract which costs a total of £372 comes with 50 cross-network minutes, 250 texts and 750 minutes.
This is cheaper than buying the phone outright and is essentially a two year, interest free loan. Very tempting for those who cannot or do not want to buy the Galaxy S3. Check our specs comparison article between the Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy Note.
It is worth noting that T-Mobile throttles rather than stops or charge you extra when you go over your data allocation. Furthermore, the company doesn't charge you should you stick to browsing, emailing or updating your social status.
The smartphone, which revived the phone/tablet (or phablet) range, comes with a dual core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage, a massive 5.3in 1,280 x 800 pixels capacitive display, an 8-megapixel camera with flash, a front facing one, a capacitive stylus, microSD card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth plus it runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
It was launched late last year and did receive a very positive reception despite its size.
