Amazon is selling - via popular vendor Wendy Lou - the NATPC M009S RTB Ultimate tablet, a model that comes with an All Winner Cortex-A8-based processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 1GB RAM, 8GB on-board storage, a Mali 400 GPU, Google Play store, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and a 5-point touch capacitive display with a 7in diagonal and a 800 x 480 pixels resolution.

The M009S weighs only 365g and is less than 10mm thick. It as a microSD card slot, not a SDXC one unfortunately, with a mini USB and HDMI out connector. There's a webcam, a 4000mAh battery and Wi-Fi as well but no Bluetooth or GPS as expected.

This is by far the best value sub-£100 tablet on the market and no surprise therefore that It is currently the third best selling tablet on Amazon. In comparison, the original Samsung Galaxy Tab had an additional rear camera, a slower processor, half the RAM, twice the on-board capacity, a higher resolution, no ICS and cost more than four times the price at launch.
