HP Envy14 Beats Edition laptop available from £657

The HP Envy14 Beats Edition laptop is an exceptional piece of technology available from Morgan Computers for only £657.

The device comes with an Intel Core i7-2630QM processor which has four cores, runs eight threads, has a clock speed of 2GHz and turboboosts to 2.9GHz. This Sandy-bridge part uses a 32nm manufacturing process and has 6MB L3 cache. As expected there's also an embedded HD3000 graphics subsystem, one which is clocked at 650MHz with a maximum dynamic frequency of 1.1GHz.

The rest of the configuration is equally impressive. 6GB of DDR3 memory, a 750GB 7200 RPM hard disk drive, Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, a 14.5in HD LED monitor with 1,366 x 768 pixels resolution, a DVD drive, an AMD Radeon HD 6630M with 1GB RAM, Bluetooth, a camera, a backlit keyboard, HDMI, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, 8-cell battery, mini displayport and audio ports. Note that the keyboard is US-international.

Perhaps the most striking features of the Envy14 are its black shell with a red logo as well as the Beats Audio technology.
