There are few Amazon marketplace sellers with more than a 1,000 feedbacks that are currently selling the Samsung Galaxy S3 for as little as £449 (plus extra delivery).
Amazon itsels sells the handset for £485 and we're not sure why some vendors have suddenly dropped the price of the much sought after Galaxy S3.
The handset, which can be had for as little as £26 per month on Pay Monthly contract (from T-Mobile), had been caught in a storm after one exploded in a car and melted its case prompting Samsung to launch an emergency investigation.
It comes with a 4.8in 1,280 x 720 pixels Super AMOLED display, a quad core Exynos processor clocked at 1.4GHz, 1GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage with a microSD card slot and 50GB cloud storage, an 8-megapixel camera, Androd 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and is available in white and pebble blue (but no black).
What really sets the Galaxy S3 apart from the rest of the market are features like the S-Voice (which is not unlike Apple's own Siri), the Smart Stay (which features some nifty eye tracking technology) and S-beam (which allows short distance data transfer.
