HTC One S on pre-order for £19 per month

Check out the HTC One S, the smaller brother of the HTC One X and the reincarnation of the HTC Sensation. This smartphone is on sale at on Three on a two-year contract for £19 per month (that’s a total cost of ownership of £466).

The contract includes 300 minutes, 5000 texts and all-you-can-eat data but no tethering (you can get that only on the One Plan). On top of that, you do get free Skype and Windows Live Messenger.

As for the phone itself, it was launched earlier this year and comes with a dual-core system-on-chip, a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8260A clocked at 1.5GHz, with 1GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage, a 4.3in Super AMOLED display with a 960 x 540 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla glass, an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 lens and LED flash, Beats audio technology, an aluminium unibody with a crystalline ceramic metal finish and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Sense 4.0.

There’s also 25GB online cloud storage for two years, courtesy of Dropbox, full HD video capabilities, a front facing VGA camera, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, DLNA compatibility and a 1,650mAh battery. Note that there’s no microSD card slot.
