iPad mini prices and configurations reportedly revealed

Prices and configurations for Apple's iPad mini have reportedly been revealed in an inventory screenshot posted by the German tech blog MobileGeeks. (opens in new tab)

The leaked screenshot (opens in new tab), allegedly taken from the internal inventory system of Media Market, Europe's largest electronics retailer, reveals that the iPad mini will come in eight different models.

The inventory list suggests 8, 16, 32, and 64 GB minis with Wi-Fi, and an alternate model in each size with an added integrated radio for an extra $120 (£75).

The most premium model will reportedly be a 64GB mini with data capability - retailing for $840 (£525). The cheapest model will include 8GB and no radio and will apparently cost $320 (£200).

The supposed specs for the iPad mini include a 7.85in LCD screen and a Lightning connector. It's expected to be thinner than the existing iPad.

After weeks of rumours, there is strong speculation that the iPad mini will debut at an invitation-only launch on 23 October.
