Packard Bell EasyNote TE11 with 8GB RAM on sale for £300

We very rarely come across a deal that offers so much value for so little outlay. Save on Laptop is selling the Packard Bell Easynote TE11 laptop for a mere £300 including delivery and 900 Nectar Points worth £4.50.

That product packs some cracking features. The Celeron B820 that powers it has only just been launched and is a dual-core model that is clocked at 1.7GHz, has 2MB cache and comes with an Intel HD graphics subsystem. Strictly no comparison with Celeron models from yesteryears.

There’s also a staggering 8GB of DDR3 RAM, a massive 750GB hard disk drive, a 15.6in 1,366 x 768 pixel display, Windows 7 Home Premium, a DVD writer, Wi-Fi, an Ethernet port, a webcam, three USB 2.0 ports, a card reader, a VGA and HDMI port, up to three hours battery life (possibly its only weakness) and a weight of 2.5kg.

Oddly enough, the pictures shown by Save on Laptop show a USB 3.0 port.

Note that this model comes with a one-year warranty plus a BullGuard Internet security package and Packard Bell is now owned by Acer.

The laptop is ideal for those on a budget looking for as much onboard memory and storage capacity as possible.
