The contract price of the Samsung Galaxy S3 - the Korean firm's former flagship smartphone - has fallen to £25 via Affordable Mobiles on O2.
The official price of a plan including 300 minutes, unlimited texts and a 100MB data allowance is £29 but you get £95 automatic cash back, which brings the price down to £25.04 or a total cost of ownership of £600.96.
Alternatively, the same company offers the handset on a £25.38 deal including 400 minutes and 250MB data (also with unlimited texts) although we’d probably still go for the £25-odd Three S3 offer which bundles 300 minutes, 5000 texts and unlimited data.
The S3 was announced back in September and is powered by a quad-core Exynos 4412 system-on-a-chip clocked at 1.4GHz. It has a 4.8in Super AMOLED HD display (1,280 x 720 pixels), S Voice, S Beam, Smart Stay capabilities, 1GB of RAM and an 8-megapixel camera. Samsung’s catchy tagline for the phone is that it is “designed for humans, inspired by nature."
