Samsung Galaxy S3 mini for £15.50 per month: A cheap way of getting the little brother of the S3

The Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini is available on O2 via Tesco Phone Shop for as little as £15.50 per month on a two year contract, that’s a total cost of ownership of £372, around £100 more than what you’d pay for a SIM Free version of the handset.

The tariff, which cost £21.50 per month, comes with 200 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB data bolt-on plus a free case until the end of the month. Check Samsung’s promotions website for more details.

The Galaxy S3 mini looks like a smaller version of the Galaxy S3 with what Samsung calls a “minimal organic look inspired by nature”. It has a 4in Super AMOLED display with a 800x480 resolution.

Other notable features include a dual-core ST Ericsson system-on-chip clocked at 1GHz, 1GB of RAM, a microSD card slot, 8GB onboard storage, a 5-megapixel rear camera plus a raft of Samsung applications and services like ChatON, Smart Stay, Smart Alert, Buddy Photo Share and Social Tag.

Note that O2 Pay Monthly tariff prices will rise from 28 February 2013 and that the Telefonica-owned mobile phone operator will unlock the phone for free for you on demand.
