Asda currently sells it for £499 with £130 worth of free accessories while Amazon sells it for £499 with £52 worth of Amazon vouchers. As for the plan itself, it comes from O2 and includes 100 minutes, unlimited texts and 100MB (same as Vodafone’s Your Plan 21.
You do however get O2’s Priority Moments as well as unlimited W-Fi via BT Openzone and O2 (with a fair usage policy).
The Xperia Z will be launched nationwide on 28 February and will be the first handset to land in the UK with a full HD resolution with the second one, the HTC one, expected to be widely available from the 15 March.
The Xperia Z comes with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro, similar to the Snapdragon 600 in the HTC One but with a slower clock speed (1.5GHz vs. 1.7GHz).
The smartphone also comprises of 2GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage, a 13-megapixel camera, a 2,330mAh, a microSD card slot and is both water and dust resistant.
