Blackberry Z10 deal: £42 per month on a one-year contract

Head over to Chitter Chatter, a T-Mobile/EE reseller, to be amazed. You can get the Blackberry Z10 for as little as £501 on a one year contract. The deal, which is available on T-Mobile, costs £21 per month with an initial fee of £249.

In effect, the total cost of ownership is barely more than the cost of the smartphone SIM Free. You can check out our review of the Blackberry Z10 here.

The plan includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited data (albeit without tethering) which makes us wonder how Chitter Chatter, T-Mobile or BlackBerry make any profit out of this deal.

The Blackberry Z10 was unveiled earlier this year and has been widely regarded as the company’s “last chance saloon” smartphone.

It runs on a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC clocked at 1.5GHz with an integrated modem. There’s also 2GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage, a microSD card slot, a 4.2in 1,280 x 768 pixel display, an 8-megapixel rear camera, the BlackBerry 10 OS, NFC and much more.

BB10 has been re-engineered and redesigned and now includes features like BlackBerry App World and a Personal section.
