Dialaphone, the sister company to Phones4U, is selling the HTC One, the new flagship smartphone for the Taiwanese company for as little as £36 per month, a price that doesn’t include any upfront fee. The total cost of ownership of the handset stands at £648, which is around £150 more than the handset SIM Free.
The offer includes a free urBeats by Dre Headphones and a Flipcase while the plan itself is available on Orange Panther and includes 1GB of data, a free Orange Swapable, unlimited text messages plus 600 minutes per month. The phone was unveiled in February and you can check out our hands-on the HTC One here.
The smartphone reminds us of the HTC Legend as it is build out of a single block of aluminium. It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600, one which is clocked at 1.7GHz, which should make it faster than the Sony Xperia Z, which uses the same system-on-chip.
Amongst its main features are 2GB of RAM, 32GB onboard storage backed by a cloud-based service, a 4.7in 1,920 x 1,080 pixel display, NFC and a 4.1-megapixel camera (where the pixels are actually way bigger than your average camera and therefore capture more light, producing better pictures).
