As for the tablet, it is clear that it is gunning for Apple’s mainstream third generation tablet with very similar specification.
The Archos Titanium 97HD runs on a dual-core Rockchip RK3066 SoC clocked at 1.6GHz and based on the Cortex-A9 architecture, 1GB of RAM, 8GB onboard storage, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, a microSD card slot, a massive 9.7in 2,048 x 1,536 pixel IPS screen with a 4:3 aspect ratio, similar to Apple iPad’s Retina display.
Other features include Wi-Fi, a front facing 5-megapixel camera and a rear 2-megapixel one and a microHDMI port.
