Lenovo Yoga 11 Windows RT hybrid tablet now down to £490

LaptopOutlet is selling the Lenovo Yoga 11 Windows RT hybrid laptop for a mere £490 including free delivery, that’s a massive 30 per cent drop off its suggested retail price from the beginning of the year.

We reviewed the Lenovo Yoga 11 hybrid laptop and back then, our reviewer said that he’d fall over himself if the price of the device was £499 (it was £700 back then).

It features an Nvidia quad-core Tegra 3 SoC clocked at 1.5GHz, 2GB of RAM, 64GB onboard storage, an 11in 1,366 x 768 pixel touchscreen display that has a 360degrees flip facility that converts that laptop into a tablet.

Other notable points include a SD card slot, two USB ports, a HDMI one, a front facing HD camera, Wi-Fi, two speakers and up to 13 hours battery life. At 1.25Kg, it is also one of the lightest convertible around.

Bear in mind though that it runs on Windows RT and as such has some limitations inherent to Microsoft’s platform itself. Note though that RT includes the full version of Microsoft Office 2013.

Rivals to the Lenovo Yoga 11 include the Asus Transformer Infinity TF700, Dell XPS 10, the Acer Iconia 510 and Microsoft’s own Surface tablet.
