Phones4U sells BlackBerry Q10 for £550 with free BlackBerry PlayBook tablet

Phones4U has put the BlackBerry Q10 smartphone on preorder for £549.95, just £20 more than Unlocked-Mobiles and way cheaper than what Carphone Warehouse is selling it for. The handset is expected to be delivered on the 30 April and will also come with three months’ worth of Wi-Fi.

What’s more, Phones4U is offering a free 64GB BlackBerry PlayBook tablet worth around £120 (or £600 when it was first launched more than two years ago) to the first 300 pre-orders either on SIM-Free or on contract.

In Blackberry’s own words, the Blackberry 10 platform, which powers both the Z10 and the Q10 (and will come as an update to the BlackBerry PlayBook soon) has been “re-designed, re-engineered and re-invented” and “offers a powerful and unique new mobile computing experience”.

The Q10 will also go on sale on Vodafone, T-Mobile/Orange/EE but not on O2 for now. The device, which comes with a physical keyboard, will be available free on contracts starting from £36 per month with unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB data. Add an additional £1 per month to get 2GB Wi-Fi data every month on Vodafone.
