Broadband and TiVo customers from Virgin Media will be able to get the Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone on a two year contract form as little as £31 per month with a £99 upfront fee.
All Virgin Media plans include unlimited calls and texts to Virgin mobiles, unlimited Wi-Fi access on the London Underground as well as inclusive insurance worth £7.99 per month (with guaranteed next day replacement) and three months Spotify for free.
The most affordable plan includes 200 minutes, 500 texts and 500MB data. Add a fiver to up the allowances to 600 minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB. Another £3 gets you unlimited texts and data (including tethering) as well as 2,500 minutes.
The total cost of ownership vary from £861 (£33 per month with £69 upfront fee) to £1,035 (£39 per month with £99 upfront fee). Note that non Virgin Media customers will have to add £5 per month to the plans.
There are more affordable contracts though if you shop around. Affordablemobiles for example is offering the handset on T-Mobile for £26 per month with unlimited data.
