Finlux 42in 3D Television set on sale for £300

Finlux sells the 42F7020-D television set on its eBay outlet shop for £300 with free delivery and 300 Nectar points. That’s a saving of 43 per cent off its suggested retail price. This is a 42in model with LED technology, 3D and USB PVR recording capability and a 1080p resolution.

The 42F7020-D comes with the ability to convert 2D to 3D as well as eight pairs of 3D glasses (note that it uses 3D passive technology).

Other features include Freeview Tuner a VESA mount, an Energy rating of B, a brightness of 300 cd/m2, four HDMI ports, two USB ones, a contrast of 1,400:1, two speakers with a 16W output, two SCART connectors, VGA and headphone ports as well.

According to the product description, the USB recording functionality allows you to record live broadcasts. You should be able to pause and rewind it as well as recording programmes according to the EPG.

There are other television sets from bigger brands around that price range but none of them come with 3D capabilities.

You can check the review of the Finlux 42F7020-D television set here where we gave it a 3.5 out of 5. Note that this set doesn’t have a Freeview HD tuner. You should be able to buy one of these for around £50.
